Unclaimed Funds List 2018
A quarter-million dollars in unclaimed funds will be forfeited unless the owners contact us by September 4th.
The amounts range from as little as $10.40 to more than $12,000. In all, $293,138 is awaiting the rightful owners.
“If you think you are owed money, please contact our office,” said Clerk of Court & Comptroller Pat Frank. “After all, we are just the guardians of this money and would like to return it to the rightful owners.”
The money is related to court cases and involves things such as bonds, garnishments and liens.

If you are seeking unclaimed funds related to a court action, you must file a motion in the case with the assigned judge to obtain a court order releasing the funds.
Don’t delay: The deadline for filing is September 4, 2018.
