Change Contact Information

If you requested a hearing, or were arrested and awaiting trial, it is your responsibility to make sure that the Clerk has your current contact information, so that you can receive your hearing notices and court papers. All notices are sent to the address listed on your traffic citation unless you update us with a new correct mailing address.

If your mailing address changes, please complete the Designation of Mailing and E-Mail Address Form, and file it with the Clerk's office.

By Mail, to Clerk of the Circuit Court -- Traffic, PO Box 3360, Tampa FL 33601-3360.

In Person, at any of our locations Monday - Friday.

NOTE: Failure to appear at your appointed court session could result in a warrant for your arrest.  If previously arrested for the citation, you may also forfeit any bond you have posted, thus losing money or collateral.
