ATTENTION:

The Clerk is no longer permitted to reinstate sanctions for Failure to Comply, or Financial Obligations on or after March 16, 2026, for non-immigrant temporary CLP or CDL holders with Class "A", "B", "C" licenses, and non-immigrant temporary Commercial Learner Permit holders with Class "E" license. These drivers are now directed to go to their local issuance office to reinstate these types of suspensions. (49 CFR 383.73(f)(3)(ii))

Please note that the Clerk can still process your fines and court costs.
