• You can visit the Clerk’s Office between 8 am and 5 pm on weekdays at the Pat Frank Courts Building (419 Pierce Street, Tampa, FL 33602) to see some of these reproduced historic maps in person. The Tampa Bay History Center has also added some historic plat maps to its Touchton Map Library. All Marriage Licenses can now be searched online, as well as plat records from 1948 to the present. To search for these official records online, visit Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Courts - Official Records Public Search (hillsclerk.com).
