Effective April 21, 2016, Hillsborough County Lobbying Ordinance 16-1 requires that ALL LOBBYISTS REGISTER with the County Attorney’s Office. Lobbyists can register by using the Lobbyist Information & Registration Application (LIRA) and can subsequently sign-in for meetings with affected Hillsborough County personnel at Kiosks located in the Hillsborough County Center Building, 601 E.
